Leather Warranty

LM Boots are handcrafted in Ecuador using techniques passed down through the Rivas Family for over 110 years. Time in which the best materials in the world have been chosen so that our boots have great comfort and long duration.

For this reason, we are proud and happy to be the only boot company that provide customers a One-Year Warranty!

IMPORTANT:

To qualify for the warranty, you need to follow the maintenance instructions below. If it is evident that the maintenance was not properly performed, unfortunately, the warranty is invalid.
It is your duty to properly maintain your boots.

LM Boots manufactures boots with premium quality calves, as with any natural leather product, it is important to perform regular maintenance of the leather to preserve the longevity and durability of your boots.

What does the warranty include?

Unused boots (Replacement or fixing)
If the leather has a manufacturing defect, we will change or fix the boot at no cost. It is important that you do not use the boots. Download our app and follow the instructions to record a video showing exactly the problem we need to fix. An adjustment or replacement ticket will be created.

If you notice a problem with the leather of your boot, do not use them and immediately contact customerservice@lmboots.com or call Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm CT.

Used boots (within the warranty period)
If the boots have been used the warranty only applies if you follow the maintenance instructions below. If it is evident that the maintenance was not properly performed, unfortunately, the warranty is invalid.

Leather damage: in case you did use them and over time the leather became damaged or torn, we can change or fix your boots as long as the maintenance has been carried out correctly.

When does the warranty become invalid?

  • Abuse in the use of boots without proper maintenance.

What does the warranty include

  • Unstitching seams in any part of the boot.
  • Unstitching or broken zippers.
  • Loose or broken soles.
  • Detached heel.
  • Damaged snaps.
  • Leather with flaws (rips, holes, cracks).
